- Check whether your provider has an outage: network status.
- Run the speed test over a cable and compare it with your plan.
- If the Mbps are there but everything lags, measure your ping.
- If some sites won't open, check whether they are down or change DNS.
- Repeat the test on Wi-Fi far from the router: if it collapses, the problem is coverage.

Do you store my data?
No. The tools run in real time and we don't store your IP address in the clear or your results (privacy-first, GDPR).

No. Every tool runs directly in your browser with no download, plug-in or sign-up. Just open the page and it works on a phone, tablet or computer.
Which tool should I use for a slow connection?
Start with the speed test to check your Mbps, then the ping test for latency, then DNS if sites are slow to start loading. The network status page tells you if the problem is a wider ISP outage.
What's the difference between speed and ping?
Speed (Mbps) is how much data you can move per second, which matters for downloads and streaming. Ping (ms) is how quickly the connection reacts, which matters for gaming and video calls. A line can be strong on one and weak on the other.
Will these tools work on my phone?
Yes. All of them are mobile-friendly and run in any modern browser on Android or iOS, so you can check your IP, ping, DNS and speed on the move.
Are the results accurate?
They're measured live against public endpoints and are consistent and comparable over time. For the fairest reading, close background downloads and, where possible, test over an Ethernet cable rather than Wi-Fi.
