What to include

To make it easier and faster for us to respond, please include:

• A clear description of the issue or request
• For bugs: browser and operating system (e.g. "Safari 17 on iOS 18"), and a screenshot if possible
• For leaderboard data deletion requests: the published nickname and the country
• For partnerships and editorial pitches: a short description of the proposed project or content

Response times

• GDPR requests: up to 30 days as required by law
• Critical bugs: same day, weekends excluded
• General questions: 2-3 business days
• Partnerships: 1 week

What we cannot do

• We cannot help you resolve specific issues with your ISP — for that, follow the guidance in our provider guides.
• We do not sell traffic data or aggregated leaderboard information. Commercial data requests will not be answered.
• We do not offer phone support or support via instant messaging platforms.
